Hello everybody! Today I will tell you the recipe for milk cookies. Our mother baked these cookies for us when we were children, and our family really liked them. So I decided to remember my childhood and bake it.

First we need to grind margarine or butter with sugar. I used margarine, first took it out of the refrigerator so that it became soft.

Grind the sugar and margarine into a homogeneous mass and add the egg.

Add milk. Whisk everything thoroughly.

Then add a packet of baking powder.

Add flour.

Knead the dough. The dough should be soft, but not stick to your hands.

Then we divide the dough into pieces and roll them into flat cakes 5-7 mm thick and cut out cookies using cutters.

These make such beautiful cookies.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet that has been previously lined with parchment. Leave a small distance between the cookies. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

That's it, our livers are ready. I made two and a half trays of cookies from the kneaded dough.

By the way, if you make the cookies thicker, they will be softer, and if they are thinner, they will be crispier. You can also make milk shortcakes from this dough if you cut the dough into large circles and roll it out thicker. It turns out very tasty.

You can also sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar or coat them with chocolate, to suit your taste. I did it without anything, because a small child will eat the cookies, and it’s too early for her to eat too much sweets.

Bon Appetit everyone!

    3. The batter is kneaded by pouring the liquid into the flour. Medium consistency and dense - on the contrary.
