The downloaded file should be placed in the cs:go configuration folder. Usually it is located here:

C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg

When you want to practice throwing grenades, start a single player game with bots and to activate this config, write in the console:

exec mircsgopractice.cfg

List of commands in this config and their explanation:

sv_cheats 1- allows all of the following commands to be entered;
sv_infinite_ammo 1- endless ammunition;
ammo_grenade_limit_total 5- you can have 5 grenades instead of four;
mp_warmup_end- end of warm-up;
mp_freezetime 0- there is no time to buy at the beginning of each round;
mp_roundtime 60 - time of one round in minutes;
mp_roundtime_defuse 60 - time for one card is 60 minutes;
sv_grenade_trajectory 1 - show the grenade's flight path;
sv_grenade_trajectory_time 10 - grenade trajectories will be shown for 10 seconds;
sv_showimpacts 1- shows bullet marks (red/blue marks);
mp_limitteams 0 - there are no restrictions on the number of players in a team;
mp_autoteambalance 0 - auto command balance is disabled;
mp_maxmoney 60000 - you can have up to $60,000 in your account (default $16,000);
mp_startmoney 60000 - from the start of the game you have $60,000;
mp_buytime 9999 - purchase time in seconds;
mp_buy_anywhere 1 - allows you to make purchases anywhere on the card;
mp_restartgame 1 - after a second, restarts your current game with bots;
bind "p" "noclip" - the "P" button is used to activate/deactivate the flight;
bind "o" "give weapon_hegrenade;give weapon_flashbang;give weapon_smokegrenade;give weapon_molotov" - pressing the "O" button will dispense all types of grenades at once;
