Chakra energy, ways to charge your chakras. Nutrition of the chakras - philosophy and relationships Methods for accelerated cleansing of the Ajna chakra

Chakras are energy levels of human development. These are ours inner centers forces through which energy flows. Opening all chakras helps achieve harmony and mental balance. If at least one chakra is closed, then a person’s development is suspended, he begins to feel internal and external discomfort, which leads to illness, mental disorders and failures in life.

How to open chakras

There are seven chakras in total in the human mental field. Each has its own meaning and is responsible for a certain area of life.

The first chakra is Muladhara. She is responsible for our primary needs and for satisfaction with our own lives. Opening this chakra promotes the development of a strong nervous system and internal balance. You can open the first chakra with physical activity. To do this, it is enough to do exercises or jogging every day.

Second chakra - Svadhisthana. She is responsible for good relationships with people and the development of communication skills. You can open this chakra through proper nutrition. Eliminate fatty and salty foods from your diet. Don't overeat, but still enjoy the food you eat.

The third chakra is Manipura. This chakra gives willpower, money and determination. In order to open the third chakra, you need to use positive attitudes or affirmations every day. This will set you up for success.

The fourth chakra is Anahata. This chakra gives acceptance of one's own self. It reveals a person and gives him a new vision of the world. To open this chakra, you need to get rid of all stereotypes and prejudices, and you should also avoid negative ratings yourself and the people around you.

The fifth chakra is Vishuddha. This chakra helps us see through people and feel them. This chakra has a positive effect on singing, laughing, proper nutrition and tactfulness in dealing with people.

The sixth and seventh chakras are Ajna and Sahasrara. These chakras help develop intuition and achieve complete harmony with yourself and the people around you. They give peace of mind and the opportunity to learn the secrets of the universe. Not everyone can open this chakra. Usually people meditate for a long time for this. But first, you can try to develop your spiritual side of life.

Opening the chakras helps to achieve mental happiness and harmony. A person gains strength and indestructible energy, does not suffer from illnesses and failures. If you want to unlock this potential in yourself, then you have to work hard on yourself. We wish you good luck and don't forget to press the buttons and

Manipura is the third of the seven chakras, which is responsible for self-realization and financial...

For some, money is difficult to come by, while for others, without making much effort, they live in abundance. What's the secret? For the material well-being of a person...

We all want to look good in the eyes of other people. But sometimes we forget that our character traits, like our facial features, are also easy to read. Our character is what people see after they judge our appearance. Moreover, it usually takes no more than a minute to evaluate both together! We reveal our most “intimate” (as it seems to us) character traits through the intonation of pronunciation, gestures, posture, facial expressions, and, of course, our reactions to the words and actions of others.

Character is like an awl in a bag, you can’t hide it. Therefore, people with bad character very difficult to produce good impression, to gain the trust of people, especially to become a leader in your field. It is no secret that bad character traits are the direct cause of various diseases, including chronic and severe ones. Is it possible to avoid them? Is it possible to change your character, become better - and therefore more successful?

If you have an understanding of the logic of character formation, of course you can! Despite the fact that character - what we are used to calling our personality - has been formed over the years, even decades, it can be changed in a matter of weeks, and if you have strong desire and intelligence - even in a matter of days. You just need to become aware of negative patterns and resolutely discard them, and then a short time make sure that they don’t “raise their heads” again. Understanding your character is a real opportunity to avoid many diseases, become stronger and better, and change your destiny.

With all this, you do not have to go into the jungle of Freudian or Jungian psychology, or into any other complex philosophy. Human character is, in general, not complicated. Therefore, we decided to please you with a series of articles in which we will tell you how to change your character traits in better side, avoid or effectively cure many diseases - and ultimately improve the quality of your life.

We are guided by the well-proven yogic system of chakras - important psychoenergetic nodes in the human body, which are responsible for the formation of certain character traits and the occurrence or absence of certain diseases.

Part six.
How to unlock the capabilities of the intellect: Ajna chakra

Ajna chakra is the second from the top and sixth from the bottom energy center (node) of the human body. Due to its proximity to the upper part of the body and its position second from above, Ajna is considered one of the “higher” or “upper” chakras, and gives the energy of the body (Kundalini) very subtle properties that are associated with the highest nervous activity of a person - the activity of the intellect.

There are many myths around the work of Ajna: they say that it allows you to hypnotize unsuspecting people, influence the development of events, even move objects, or “read the aura.” All this is useless for a real yogi. The mythologization of Ajna perhaps arises because few popular - at least in the West - yogis have actually realized its potential; the opening of the Ajna chakra is a sign of a real Guru who has Siddhi (superhuman, paranormal abilities). But if we talk about the simple, “daily” function of Ajna, and not its yogic “revelation” - which is relevant only for passionate yogis, ascetics and monks who have made yoga a business and a way of life - everything becomes both more clear and more optimistic.

At the “everyday” level, Ajna gives the power of thought and intellect: a person has an advantage in the social race, and, more importantly, an understanding of his place and mission in life, in the world. As in R. Kipling’s famous poem “If”: every person is potentially capable of much, but “being human” is the culmination of development. If the signs of achieving lower levels of development were vitality, will, and the ability to persuade, then the property of Ajna is wisdom. If a person with developed Muladhara can be a warrior, builder, Svadhisthana - a poet, artist, singer, Manipura - a director of an enterprise, Anahata - a spiritual mentor, Vishuddha - a seer or an influential clergyman, then a person of Ajna is a born king, ruler, indisputable leader. In Sanskrit, such a person is called a Guru - “one who leads from darkness to light.”

The Ajna Chakra is often associated with the pineal gland, which is responsible for producing the hormone melatonin, which is responsible for perceiving the rhythm of day and night, wakefulness and sleep (“circadian rhythm”). The work of the pineal gland is associated with a person’s ability to sleep soundly, and, most importantly, to “get enough sleep” - this determines the quality of life, as well as the potential of intelligence and performance. Considering this, one can easily understand why a “sluggish” Ajna greatly limits the capabilities of not only a leader, but also an ordinary person in all areas of activity.

In the physical body, the eyes, nose and spine are associated with Ajna - therefore, the health or illness of these parts of the body can be correlated with the strength or weakness of the chakra.

Typical signs of disharmony of the Ajna chakra:

1. Problems with sleep: restless sleep, frequent awakenings, bad dreams (nightmares, persecutions, falls in sleep), insomnia or, conversely, drowsiness. People with complex Ajna problems sometimes wander around the room at night (sleepwalking) or talk out loud in their sleep, can, without any desire, instantly fall asleep in public places and transport, have “prophetic” dreams, etc. Often such painful manifestations are perpetuated by an unhealthy lifestyle, working too hard and poor nutrition.

2. Diseases of the spine. They have a wide influence on the condition of the entire organism as a whole.

3. Diseases of the nervous system. Typical of Ajna dysfunction.

4. Eye diseases. Vision is closely related to the potential of the Ajna Chakra. If there serious problems with vision - there are probably problems with the Ajna chakra. The solution to eye diseases should ideally be comprehensive: changing reading and computer work patterns; meditation and practice to “relax” the Ajna chakra (on which a number of very effective “non-traditional” methods of radically improving vision, which have gained great popularity in recent years, are based); procedures for healing the nasal and frontal sinuses.
Smoking has an extremely negative effect on your vision; if you lose your vision, you need to quit smoking immediately.
On a more subtle level of understanding, vision loss is essentially a reluctance to see anything negative in your life. You need to understand the cause of the problem and remove its root, the irritant, from your life: often this can be working in a negative team, living with relatives leading an ignorant lifestyle, and much more. Removing the problem will soon result in restored vision and an overall healthier, more positive outlook on life. Sharp vision and the ability to see life in all colors is not some kind of medical or psychological task, not a goal, but our natural quality, inherent in every person! We just need to remove everything that “pollutes” and weakens our vision and vision of the world. The masters say: “the mirror is initially clean, just wipe it.”

5. Problems with the nose (rhinitis, sinusitis, etc. inflammatory processes in the sinuses), weakened sense of smell.
Often problems of the nose and sinuses “ricochet” to other areas of the body: for example, there may be soreness in lymph nodes, dryness or pain in the joints, fatigue, redness of the eyes, etc. Uncleaned nasal sinuses are a real breeding ground for bacteria and a heavy burden for the immune system in general, therefore, if you are prone to runny nose, sinusitis, rhinitis, it is useful to practice yogic cleansing “Jala Neti” (rinsing nose).

Methods for accelerated cleansing of the Ajna chakra:

1. From a wellness point of view: monitor the health of the nasal and frontal sinuses, spine and eyes. This includes regular sinus cleansing (sinus rinsing, sauna use, herbal nasal drops, nasal warming, inhalation - depending on the condition), seeking advice or therapy from an osteopath or chiropractor, as well as vision tests and eye disease prevention (helpful drip natural rose water into your eyes, be in nature and give your eyes rest, do not overstrain your eyesight).

2. From a behavioral point of view: To activate the chakra, wear blue, black, or indigo clothes. Read more. Study scientific journals, take an interest in popular science literature and programs, films. Also, Ajnu cleanses and develops everything unusual that requires “switching on” the mind: travel, logic games, lifestyle changes, new acquaintances, sports games, and everything unusual, not stereotyped. For Ajna and the upper chakras in general (Vishuddha, Ajna, Sahasrara), classical music and mantras, spiritual chants are useful.

3. From a nutritional point of view: Sweets, black tea and coffee, and freshly squeezed citrus juices are good for the Ajna chakra. But, of course, it is necessary to correlate the use of these products with the benefits/harm for the body as a whole! The effects of coffee can be partly harmonized by properly selected spices; It’s good to eat sweets only in the morning; the benefits of black tea (and even coffee, even natural) are questionable, and citrus juices can cause heartburn in some, increase acidity and even lead to stomach ulcers... All of these remedies are relatively harmless in small quantities: one small cup of coffee , 1 glass of fresh juice, one small piece of dark chocolate per day, etc. Food for Ajna can become either a legitimate delicacy and a useful fuel for the intellect, or a reason for excess and a road to self-destruction (this depends on whether you have the willpower to consume it in moderation and in a timely manner).

4. Physical yoga practices: stances, balances: Vrikshasana (“Palm Tree Pose”), Garudasana (“King of the Birds Pose”), Ardha Chandrasana (“Crescent Pose”), Virabhadrasana III (“Hero Pose-3”), Navasana (“Boat Pose”), Vasishthasana (“Sage Vasishtha Pose”), etc.

5. Yoga breathing practices: Samaveta pranayama (slow inhalation, holding for no more than 10 seconds, slow exhalation), advanced stages of Nadi Shodhana pranayama and, in general, all pranayama with breath holding while inhaling.

6. Energy yoga practices: Shambhavi mudra ( gaze at the point between the eyebrows), Nasikagra-drishti (gazing at the tip of the nose). These techniques are mastered and practiced without effort, with rest at the slightest discomfort, otherwise they can cause irreparable harm to eye health.

7. Nutritional supplements and products: ginkgo biloba, natural chocolate and/or chocolate oil as medicine, and other intellect tonics. If you have serious memory and attention disorders, it is permissible to take medications only as prescribed by a doctor (all chemical “tonics” and intelligence modulators, freely sold in pharmacies, often have a number of contraindications and side effects).

8. Body cleansing: sinus cleaning: Jala Neti (rinsing the nose with salted water), Sutra Neti (cleaning the nose with a string), Dud Neti (rinsing the nose with warm milk). These cleanses must first be mastered under the guidance of knowledgeable specialist, otherwise you can damage the mucous membrane and generally undermine the health of the nose (including improper rinsing and insufficient drying of the nose after rinsing can cause chronic inflammation).

To be continued

Let's talk to you about what chakras are!
Wheel - this is how the word is translated from Sanskrit chakra, namely the seven wheels are our seven energy centers, each of which is responsible for the mental state and organs in the human body.

According to sacred texts, our energy centers, wheels, are like vortex funnels with their peaks resting on our spine. The spine is, in fact, our main energy channel. Chakras- funnels, their peaks rest against the spine and their wide sides extend to the surface of the body.

Our life force - that is, Qi - moves clockwise, up and back, along the 7 chakras. At the same time, it is very important that there are no energy blocks, rubble, or energy debris on the path of Qi energy. Do you know the expression - putting a spoke in the wheels? This expression, in fact, as many practitioners believe, is said specifically about chakras (rings), and sticks in in this case is stress, unhealthy lifestyle, unhealthy diet and so on. As a result, under the influence of these very “sticks”, the chakras are blocked and the free and correct flow of Qi energy is disrupted. As Indians believe, this is the cause of all ailments.

What to do if the chakras are blocked, if the flow of Qi energy in them is disrupted? To normalize the movement of internal vital energy We have a lot of means available to us: meditation, yoga, qigong, acupuncture, breathing practices. There are actually a lot of them, it’s impossible to tell about them all. But I’ll tell you that the energy that comes out is completely blocked. different ways, when she is suddenly unexpectedly released, it can be laughter and crying and screaming. Plants have been used to treat a variety of ailments for thousands of years, providing wisdom and knowledge of how to connect with nature. For example, in India, the Vedas contain references to the treatment of diseases with the help of herbs and plants. This ancient art is also passed down in the traditions of all countries without exception.

Plants have vibrational frequencies that are in harmony with our body and psyche. These vibrational properties of plants, or plant frequencies, can assist in balancing, healing, cleansing and activating the seven major chakras. Herbal components interact with our energy system and help remove toxic elements from our blood, increase blood circulation and regulate oxygen supply. By learning to use herbs appropriately, one can maintain a balanced state of mind, body and spirit. Here we will introduce some common plants associated with the seven chakras.

First chakra (muladhara). This is the root chakra, located at the base of the spine. It connects us to the earth, through it we receive all the vital nutrients we need for our survival, and it is also the area of the body through which toxins are eliminated. The chakra not only grounds us physically, but by grounding it keeps us in the present moment. An unbalanced root chakra can cause problems in the legs, rectum, tailbone, immune system, depression may occur, autoimmune deficiencies are possible.

Dandelion root tea is very effective in treating depression, gallbladder disease or high blood pressure. Dandelion will help restore the root chakra. You can also add the following foods: carrots, potatoes, parsnips, radishes, onions and garlic, and other roots that can soothe and even out muladhara.

Second chakra (Svadhishthana). Sacral chakra. It is located below the navel, between the ovaries in women and near the prostate gland in men. The main quality of this chakra is pure creativity, attention, sensual expression, free from ego. When this chakra is blocked, it can lead to eating disorders, urinary tract problems, reproductive problems, recurrent headaches, fever and emotional imbalance.

Calendula enhances your creativity in all areas of life and is an easy plant to grow. Another plant that is quite beneficial for the sacral chakra is gardenia. Flowers have a very calming effect on our senses; it is even called the “herb of happiness.” Our gardenia is an indoor crop; it is grown in pots on windowsills.

Sandalwood helps in treating many types of infections as it stimulates the growth of new cells. You can apply sandalwood oil on your body before taking a shower or you can use it in an aroma lamp to create a good mood in your home. Other herbs and spices that are suitable for the sacral chakra: coriander, fennel, licorice, cinnamon, vanilla, sweet paprika, sesame, cumin.

Third chakra (Manipura). Solar plexus. Leaves have a strong influence on the third chakra.
rosemary. Manipura is the center of strength, positive emotions and self-control. If this chakra is blocked, we tend to feel unworthy and have low self-esteem. Our emotional state can be affected by depression and anxiety. When the energy in this center is disrupted, we develop doubts and mistrust towards other people. This can lead to a variety of physical problems: poor digestion, ulcers, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, anorexia, bulimia, and even intestinal tumors.

To unblock the flow of energy, you can use lavender, bergamot or rosemary. Bergamot is great for the digestive system as it speeds up the digestion process, reducing stress on the intestines. In the Mediterranean region, people believe that rosemary is a very beneficial herb for the stomach and intestines, so they often use it as a spice. You can put rosemary leaves in various dishes or use rosemary oil for cooking.

Marshmallow relaxes the third chakra and reduces our need to control life completely in all areas. It will help you relax your diaphragm and connect to our natural breathing. Other useful herbs and spices: anise, celery, cinnamon, lily of the valley, mint, ginger, lemon balm, turmeric, cumin, fennel.

Fourth chakra (anahata). Heart chakra. Hawthorn berries and flowers are closest to this center.
This chakra is the center of love and compassion. When this chakra is blocked, we tend to feel disconnected from the world and find it difficult to love and accept ourselves and others. We tend to have poor circulation on the physical level, lack of empathy on the emotional level, and lack of devotion on the spiritual level.

The ability to heal yourself and others is concentrated in the fourth chakra. Tea or tincture from hawthorn berries (flowers) increases our trust in the process of Life and encourages us to feel safe in our hearts. It also helps strengthen the heart and blood vessels.

You can also use for anahata: pepper, jasmine, lavender, marjoram, rose, basil, sage, thyme, cilantro, parsley.

Fifth chakra (vishuddha). Throat chakra. Red clover flowers correspond to this energy zone. The throat chakra is primarily responsible for self-expression and communication. When this chakra is clear, our speech becomes inspiring, wise, and we can communicate our intentions clearly and distinctly. An unbalanced throat chakra leads to thyroid problems, laryngitis on a physical level, severe addiction on an emotional level, mental level Unclear thoughts and dangers on a spiritual level may suddenly appear. We often speak without thinking, and this is also a problem, because such words lead away from the true path.

Vishuddha is also responsible for nervousness, fear and anxiety. Red clover can help release a free flow of communication and self-expression in a person. Red clover flower tea can unblock emotions and thoughts that are waiting to be expressed or spoken out loud.

Another plant - lemon balm can heal many diseases, including the thyroid gland, which is a sign of imbalance of Vishuddhi.

Eucalyptus oil can help very well in this case; it can energetically unload this chakra by simply rubbing a few drops of oil into the throat. Other herbs and spices that can help with the throat chakra: coltsfoot, peppermint, sage.

Sixth chakra (ajna). Third Eye. Eyebright is good for ajna. The sixth chakra or third eye is associated with intuition and the pineal gland. When this chakra is blocked we tend to experience lack of imagination and intuition, as a result of which our level of decision-making decreases and we become prone to self-deception.

Physically, weakness of the ajna chakra can manifest itself in the form of eye or ear problems, headaches, migraines, insomnia, or even nightmares. Mint, jasmine and eyebright herb are used to open the sixth chakra.

Eyebright helps you see bright and dark sides life as part of the whole. It is used to treat eye problems. Peppermint is considered useful in treating depression, migraines and memory loss. It also increases the connection between mind and body.

Herbs and spices that can invigorate and heal any imbalances in the third chakra: juniper, wormwood, poppy, rosemary, lavender.

Seventh chakra (sahasrara). Crown chakra. It connects us with the universal Divine energy.
This chakra is associated with wisdom, enlightenment and transcendence. When our crown chakra is cleared, it opens us to the experience of divine Union and cosmic love. Our own unique frequency, vibration, is in harmony with the cosmic orchestra.

And when our crown chakra is blocked or closed, we feel spiritually disconnected from the world, as if we are living without any direction or purpose. On a physical level, this can lead to depression, nervous system disorders, migraines, amnesia, dyslexia, and in the most extreme cases, cognitive errors and mental illness.

Lavender and lotus flowers will help in opening the seventh chakra. Lavender is a plant that is used to improve meditation. As for the lotus, its leaves and stems are widely used in Japanese and Chinese cuisine, and each part has its own set of properties.

Lavender is yours the best choice because it works well on all chakras.

Thus, you can include plants in your life by simply drinking teas with them, or taking a bath with them, or using them as aromatherapy. You can enhance the effect of mindfulness herbs by tuning into their vibrations. The frequencies of plants can be felt by being close to them in nature; dry herbs also carry the energy we need.

Chakras and food

To maintain health, our body requires a variety of natural foods, since prana is absent in denatured foods. Chemical additives (like monosodium glutamate) and sugar substitutes (saccharin and aspartame) have detrimental effects on the body, as does fluoride, which is often added to water and toothpastes. They should be avoided if you are serious about your health.

Be sure to read the labels on all food and cosmetic products before purchasing them to ensure you are eliminating artificial food substances from your diet that may be harmful to your health. If the product contains ingredients you are unfamiliar with, it is better not to take risks.

It has been proven that coloring natural products(particularly beta-carotene, found in carrots, many other vegetables and seaweed) plays an important role in maintaining balance in our body on many levels.

Recent research has hypothesized that digested food is converted into color pulses, creating a level of vibrational energy in the blood that can be absorbed by individual cells. To stay in good shape, the body needs fresh food, the natural colors of which reflect the colors of the chakras.

To activate and balance a specific chakra, include foods of that chakra's color in your diet. To reduce chakra activity, eat foods of complementary - opposite colors.

Product colors

Red foods. A weakened Root Chakra can be restored by enriching your diet with red vegetables and fruits. If this chakra is too active, skin problems such as eczema or psoriasis may occur. In this case, red vegetables, especially chillies and other spices, should be avoided.

Orange products. Oranges, carrots, pumpkins, peaches, apricots and papayas nourish the body and balance the function of the Sacral Chakra.

Yellow products. Yellow citrus fruits have a sour taste and stimulate elimination processes on a physical and psychological level. If you want to calm your Solar Plexus chakra, eat bananas (in moderation) or make banana-based milkshakes.

Green products. Greens, salad and lightly steamed cabbage, spinach or other green vegetables cleanse and balance the entire body.

Blue and purple products. Blue/purple fruits and vegetables help balance the higher chakras.

For example, whole grains, cereals or wholemeal flour, milk, most vegetables and plant proteins represent the Yin principle. And processed and refined foods, denatured grains and cereals, meats and spicy seasonings correspond to Yang. According to general macrobiotic principles, 50% of the daily diet should come from all kinds of cereals.

Indian Ayurveda has its own classification of products according to three states, or Huns:

Tamas– inertia and darkness;

Rajas– energy and restlessness;

Sattva- orderliness and light.
