GAME “Well done, HAMMER, MILK”

Children form a circle. The leader is in the middle of the circle. He alternately (out of order) calls the words “well done”, “hammer”, “milk”, after which the players perform the following movements: - “well done” - jump in place 1 time; - “hammer” - clap your hands once; - “milk” - they say “meow”. The presenter stretches out the first syllables of words to confuse the participants in the game (“mo-lo-o-dets”). The game changes from a slow pace to a fast pace. Those who are inattentive remain in their playing places, and those who perform the movements in accordance with the words without mistakes take a step forward. Thus, the winners are the participants in the game who reach the leader faster than others.

ASSOCIATIONS

Let the guys take turns listing everything that happens in the New Year: Santa Claus, Snow Maiden, snow, gifts, Christmas tree, Christmas tree decorations, cake, needles, on the floor, lanterns, etc. The one who runs out of ideas is eliminated from the game, and the most persistent one wins.

GAME "WHO'S GOING FORWARD?"

On the back of two chairs hangs a winter jacket with the sleeves turned out, and on the seats lies a fur hat, a scarf and a pair of mittens. To cheerful music, 2 players turn out the sleeves of their jackets, then put them on, and then put on a hat, scarf and mittens. The prize goes to the one who takes a seat in his chair first and shouts “Happy New Year!”

WHAT CHANGED?

This game requires good visual memory. Participants are given a task one by one: for a minute, look at the toys hanging on one or two branches of the Christmas tree and remember them. Then you need to leave the room - at this time several toys (three or four) will be outweighed: some will be removed, others will be added. Upon entering the room, you need to look at your branches and say what has changed. Depending on age, you can make the tasks more difficult or easier.

GAME "DO NOT MISS"

Children form 2 teams. There are small goals at a certain distance from each team. Near the teams, the presenter places a fancy box with ping-pong balls according to the number of participants. Accompanied by cheerful music, the first players take a ball from the box and roll it from their place, trying to get into the goal, after which they take a place at the end of the team. The second participants enter the game, etc. The team with the most balls in the goal wins.

WHO IS nimbler?

To play you will need two large reels (possibly made yourself), two round sticks will do, as well as a rope 6-8 m long, the middle of which is marked with a ribbon.

Two players take the reels and move away from each other as far as the rope allows. At a signal, each of them begins to quickly rotate the reel in his hands and, winding a rope around it, moves forward. The one who winds the rope to the middle first wins.

GAME "SIGNAL"

The players stand in a circle; the leader is 3-4 steps away from him. He blows one whistle, then two. At one whistle, all participants in the game must quickly raise their right hand up and immediately lower it; You cannot raise your hand after two whistles. The one who makes a mistake takes a step forward and continues to play along with the others. Those who make the fewest mistakes are considered the winners.

"CHRISTMAS TOY"

In front of the two players, the presenter places a prize on a chair, wrapped in bright wrapping paper, and says the following text:
At the New Year's hour, friends, you can't go without attention! Don’t miss the number “three”, - Take the prize, don’t yawn!
“The Christmas tree greeted guests. Five children came first, So as not to get bored on the holiday, They began to count everything on it: Two snowflakes, six firecrackers, Eight gnomes and parsleys, Seven gilded nuts Among the twisted tinsel; We counted ten cones, and then we got tired of counting. Three little girls came running..."
If the players missed the prize, the presenter takes it and says: “Where were your ears?”; if one of the players turns out to be more attentive, then the presenter concludes: “Those are attentive ears!”

SNOWBALLS GAME

Two children play. Snowballs made of cotton wool are scattered on the floor. The children are blindfolded and given a basket. At the signal, they begin to collect snowballs. The one who collects the most snowballs wins.

GAME "CABBAGE"

Children form 2 teams. All players are given bunny ears. At a certain distance from the teams, the leader places a fake head of cabbage. The cube must constantly move from one player to another. Participants can warm it in their hands, rub it, etc. The team that melts the ice faster wins.

GAME “WHAT DOES THE TREE LIKE?”

DO NOT HURRY

The players become a semicircle. The leader shows them various physical training movements, which they repeat, always lagging behind him by one movement: when the leader shows the first movement, everyone stands still; during the second movement of the leader, the guys repeat his first movement, etc.

The one who makes a mistake takes a step forward and continues to play. The one who makes the fewest mistakes wins.

In this game you can, for example, show the following movements: both hands up; left hand lowered, right extended forward; the right hand lowers, half-turn to the left; hands to the side; hands on hips, squat. More than 10 movements should not be shown.

GAME “DECORATE THE TREE”

Children form 2 teams. Near each team, the leader places a box with unbreakable Christmas tree decorations. At a distance from the teams there is a small decorated artificial Christmas tree. The first players take one toy from the box, run to their team’s Christmas tree, hang the toy and return - and so on until the last player. The first team to decorate the Christmas tree wins.

AUCTION

Santa Claus says:
- There is a wonderful Christmas tree in our hall. And what toys she has on her! What kind of Christmas tree decorations do you know? The person with the last answer will win this amazing prize. The players take turns calling out the words. During pauses, the presenter begins to count slowly: “Clapper - one, clapper - two...” The auction continues.

New Year's heroes

This game is for children's imagination. Each of the guys comes to the matinee in a suit or a beautiful outfit. All the children stand in a circle, and, starting with the first participant, each in a circle comes up with which of the heroes is his neighbor and gives him a certain super power, for example, this is the snowflake queen from the planet Mars, she controls blizzards and blizzards, and so on. Children are awarded prizes for the most interesting inventions.

The chicken is in a hurry for the New Year

The guys are divided into teams with the same number of people. The participants of each team stand in separate rows - each participant is at arm's length from each other. Depending on the age, the last participants receive a “chicken” (younger children receive a simple toy, and older children can be given an egg). At the command “start”, the last participants pass the “chicken” to the second to last ones, those to the next, and so on until the first. The main thing is not to lift your feet off the floor, but to act only with your hands. Once the first participants have the chicken, they grab the chicken and deliver it right under the tree. The team that delivers its “chicken” to the party the fastest will be the winner.

Carnival

Each holiday guest pulls out his own phantom from the hat, which indicates any animal (goat, donkey, giraffe, tiger, crocodile, etc.). The host plays a funny New Year's song and each carnival participant transforms into the animal that was indicated in his fantasy. And any wise teacher, whom the children themselves choose, will stand in a circle and guess which animal each guest has turned into. The teacher will have to guess absolutely everyone, so the children must try hard and show all the floods and manners of “their” animal. And at the end of the game, both the teacher and the most artistic participating children will receive prizes.

Balls for the holiday tree

The guys are divided into identical teams, about 10 people each. Each team receives a bucket (basket) of balls (simple table tennis balls, for example). The participants of each team stand at the same distance from each other, approximately 2-3 steps. Baskets with balls are located near the first participants. At the command “start”, the first participants take one ball each and throw it to the second participants, the second - to the third, and so on. The last ones catch the ball and put it in an empty basket (the empty baskets of each team are located at the last participants). The team that is the fastest to collect all the Christmas tree balls from one basket to another will win.

The last hero of the New Year

The presenter first explains: when I say “Father Frost”, you stomp your feet and say “ho-ho,” when I say “Snow Maiden,” you sing “la-la-la,” and so on. For example: a Christmas tree - we raise our arms up and wave, a snowflake - we spin... Then the presenter begins to give instructions, and the guys perform the appropriate actions, the leader speeds up and watches which of the guys will lose their way or get out of rhythm. The game is a knockout game, and the last hero of the New Year gets a prize.

Relatives of Santa Claus

The children stand in a large circle, and the presenter will ask the children’s opinion about the relatives of Father Frost, because we only know that he has a granddaughter, Snegurochka, and that’s all. The presenter takes turns asking questions, for example, what do you think is the name of Santa Claus’s wife? (Mom, dad, brother, and so on). And the children answer, for example, Father Frost’s wife’s name is Baba Cold or Father Frost’s brother’s name is Father North Wind, and so on. When the presenter asks questions to each of the guys, the game stops and prizes are awarded to the authors of the most unusual and fun answers.

Bucket of snow

The guys are divided into teams with the same number of people. All participants receive many simple sheets of paper. There is a basket at the same distance in front of each team. The guys from the teams line up in separate rows and, at the command “start”, take turns crumpling a piece of paper and throwing the resulting lump into their bucket (basket). Hit or miss, stand at the end and pass the baton to the next one. The first team to throw a full bucket of snowballs will be the winner.

Games with Santa Claus and Snow Maiden

It's the other way around

Santa Claus stands opposite the children and throws a ball to each of them in turn. At the same time, he says some word, for example, “big,” and the child answers: “Small!” and throws the ball back. Then Santa Claus throws the ball to the next kid, saying the word “bright.” He answers: “Dark!”, and the ball flies back. You can choose as many pairs of words as you like: white - black, hot - cold, summer - winter, etc.

Who - what?

Santa Claus conceives of an animal and names several definitions that characterize it. And the kids must determine who he wished for.

First, Santa Claus gives general descriptions. If the baby doesn’t guess, he gradually clarifies the signs:

Gray, angry, toothy, hungry... (Wolf)

Small, gray, cowardly,

long-eared... (Hare)

Small, short-legged,

hardworking, prickly... (Hedgehog)

Fluffy, red, agile,

sly Fox)

Big, clumsy, brown,

clubfoot... (Bear)

As soon as one of the kids names the correct word, Santa Claus praises him and gives him a gift.

Repeat!

Santa Claus stands in front of the kids, he warns that now they will have to be very careful. Santa Claus names some part of the body and touches it. And the kids should do the same at the same time. He says: “Ear!” and touches him. The kids immediately repeat his actions. And after some time, Santa Claus tries to confuse the children. He says: “Nose!”, and touches his ear.

The first time, children will most likely get confused. But then they will be very attentive.

Third wheel

Children stand in a circle two by two so that the first one looks at the center of the circle, and the second looks at the back of his head. The driver runs after the participant who did not find a partner, around the outer circle, without crossing it. In order not to get caught by him, the player at some point can stand in front of one of the pairs, and then the one who is last in this three and stands with his back to the border of the outer circle will have to run away.

The one who is caught becomes the driver.

Crocodile

Children are divided into two teams. One team thinks of a word and tries to portray it using pantomime. The second one is trying to guess it. If she succeeds, then they switch roles.

Attention: Santa Claus!

Santa Claus walks around the room with his eyes closed, and the children take turns running up and touching him. The one he manages to grab by the hand also closes his eyes and, together with Santa Claus, catches the children. Whoever they can't catch wins. The winner receives the main prize, and the rest receive consolation prizes.

Pass the hat

Children sit in a circle. Santa Claus gives them a hat and then turns on the music. Children begin to pass the hat to each other. As soon as Santa Claus stops the music, whichever child has a hat at that moment puts it on himself and walks in a circle. He has to portray someone, and the kids have to guess who it is. For older children, you can make the game more complicated by passing several hats around in a circle. When the music stops, all the children who happen to have hats show their performance.

Funny Questions

Father Frost and Snow Maiden ask children questions in which they describe the object, without naming it, but using comparisons and synonyms.

For example:

“What are the legs of a car?” (Wheels)

“What is the light bulb in the sky?” (Sun)

“What is a buzzer with wings?” (Fly)

“Tweet with wings?” (Bird)

“A long asphalt mat?” (The road you're driving on)

"Singing box?" (Radio)

“Hat at the house?” (Roof)

“Foot gloves?” (Socks)

Whoever guesses first wins a prize.

Find the candy

This game will greatly delight little sweet tooths. Santa Claus and Snow Maiden lay out leaves throughout the room, on back side with candies or sad faces drawn on them. The kids' task is to collect as many pieces of paper with candy drawn on them as possible. They can be exchanged with Father Frost and Snow Maiden for real candy.

Nose for a clown

Santa Claus pins a poster to the wall with a clown's head, but without a nose. He blindfolds the children, and they take turns attaching a “nose” (a ball of foam rubber or plasticine) to the poster with a pin. You can also draw on the nose with a felt-tip pen. Whoever does it best wins a prize.

Potatoes in a spoon

Santa Claus places two chairs at one end of the room and places a cup of potatoes on each of them. At the other end of the room he places two chairs with empty cups. Two people compete. You need to use a spoon that holds one potato to transfer all the potatoes from one cup to another. Who is faster? If there are a lot of children, you can divide them into two teams and arrange a relay race.

Drawing crosses

Father Frost and Snow Maiden hand out checkered pieces of paper and pens to the children. Whoever draws the most crosses in a minute will receive a gift.

Magic bag

Santa Claus puts 8-10 objects familiar to children in a bag: a comb, a whistle, a cord, etc. Blindfold them one by one or ask them to close them. Let the children take turns pulling out an object from the bag and try to recognize it by touch.

New Year's competitions for children

Competition for children. Find some candy.

Competition for children. Take a seat

Number of participants: children or adults.

Required Items: chairs, tape recorder.

Progress of the competition

Chairs are placed in the center of the room, the number of which is one less than the number of children (adults) playing. The music turns on and the children start running around the chairs. As soon as the music stops, everyone must sit on a chair; those who do not have a seat are eliminated from the game. Then one chair is removed and the game continues again until there is only one player left on the chair. This game will also amuse an adult group, lift their spirits and distract them from the feast.

Competition for children. Knowledge of fairy tales

Number of participants: all children.

Required items: snowflakes (can be cut out of paper).

Progress of the competition

You can hold a competition among children for their knowledge of fairy tales, songs and riddles about winter. All participants receive a snowflake for the correct answer. Whoever collects the most snowflakes at the end of the competition receives the title “The Smartest Snowman (Snowflake).”

Stage 1. The presenter suggests: “At Christmas it is customary to sing songs, read poems and dance around the Christmas tree. Let's, guys, remember songs and poems about winter, Christmas trees, snow." (“A Christmas tree was born in the forest”, “Snowfall”, etc.)

Children sing songs, read poems and dance around the Christmas tree. Snowflakes are awarded for every answer, dance or poem.

Stage 2. The presenter announces the following competition: “Now let’s check how you can solve riddles about winter.”

Riddle questions may be as follows.

Gray in summer and white in winter! (Hare)

Without wings, but flies, without roots, but grows. (Snow)

A white flock of midges has been hovering and circling since the morning. Doesn't squeak or bite - it just flies like that. (Snowflakes)

Walks in the field, not on a horse, flies high, not a bird. (Blizzard)

With a broom in my hand, with a bucket on my head, I stand in the yard in winter. (Snowman)

Winter on the gray roof throws seeds - it grows white carrots under the roofs. (Icicles)

There is a mountain in the yard, and water in the room. (Ice)

What grandfather builds a house without an axe? (Freezing)

Then the presenter says: “The one who asks a riddle about winter will receive a prize - a chocolate candy! And the one who guesses it will also receive the same prize.”

Each participant is given the opportunity to make a riddle or solve another. The main thing is that no children are left without candy!

Stage 3. The presenter asks the children: “There’s not enough snow outside the window, where have all the snowflakes gone? Let’s make them ourselves from paper!”

All competition participants are given square white sheets and scissors. The task is to cut out a snowflake from paper. The presenter can show how this is done. After evaluating each snowflake, children must also give it a name or title. Ready-made snowflakes can be glued to the window or collected into a garland and decorated with a Christmas tree. The third stage is final and may not be graded.

Competition for children. What word does spruce grow in?

Number of participants: everyone is interested.

Required Items: candies.

Players are asked to name words that contain the word “spruce”. For every correct word, a prize is given - candy.

Funny New Year's competitions for the Snow Maiden, Santa Claus and children on the street

On the eve of the most anticipated holiday - the New Year - children are the most enthusiastic. After all, only to them all the magic of the New Year's fairy tale is fully revealed. And the task of parents at this time is to create that very fairy tale for the children through their own efforts. Not just buy gifts, decorate the Christmas tree and decorate the house, but think through the whole entertainment program with home games and fun New Year's competitions for the Snow Maiden, Santa Claus and children on the street. Yes, yes, not only in a warm apartment you can have great fun with the good wizard and his cute granddaughter. Sometimes street games in the yard under a huge spruce tree give children much more pleasure and genuine joy.

A selection of New Year's street competitions for children, the Snow Maiden and Santa Claus

But how can you lure the kids into a fun frosty game and start a real New Year's adventure?

  • Firstly, you can organize a real Santa Claus draw to assign interesting roles to each child. Of course, you will have to stock up on the necessary attributes in advance (bunny ears, a snowflake cape, a snowman costume, Baba Yaga’s broom and hat, a fox mask, etc.), but the result is worth the effort. Children can take turns approaching Moroz Ivanovich and pulling out a card with a picture of their new image. And then - transform, trying on previously prepared costume elements.
  • Secondly, it is worth holding a series of quick and active street competitions, dividing children into teams of the Snow Maiden and Father Frost. Having started jumping races in Santa's sacks or playing tug-of-war with tinsel, participants are unlikely to freeze even in the coldest weather.

On a note! Almost any summer game for a children's relay race can be changed to a winter theme. So, the role of a ball can be played well by a white “snow” globe, and instead of the rest of the equipment, you can use a variety of New Year’s attributes - a Santa Claus hat, bells, a snowman’s carrot nose, plastic snowflakes, snowballs made of cotton wool or polystyrene foam.

  • Thirdly, we recommend holding a win-win game, each participant of which will certainly receive a small gift. The most suitable option is “New Year's crocodile”. Unlike the classic version of entertainment, children in this game are divided into 2 teams. Parents prepare a bag of notes in advance (“Christmas tree”, “serpentine”, “fireworks”, “candy”, “snowflake”, etc.), and Santa Claus plays the role of presenter. Participants take out forfeits one by one and show their word with facial expressions and gestures. The first person to guess correctly receives a piece of candy or a small souvenir and is the next to take the piece of paper.

Short street games for adults and Santa Claus for the New Year

New Year's holidays bring even adults back to the bright and carefree time of childhood. During the winter holidays, moms and dads happily build snowmen with their children, entire families slide down the icy mountain, and throw snowballs at their loved ones. And during the New Year's party, adults with the same passion and inspiration take part in short street games with Santa Claus. Such fun allows you to plunge at least a little into the magic and forget about the accumulated problems. And it’s just as easy to amuse an adult group as it is to amuse a group of children.

A selection of fun street games for Santa Claus and adults for the New Year's party at the Christmas tree

Short street games for adults and Santa Claus for the New Year are certainly different from children's. Among them there is no place for primitive riddles, easy relay races and traditional round dances. Men and women 18+ with great pleasure will take part in humorous performances on a New Year's theme, in funny parodies of popular characters, in quick funny competitions with bright paraphernalia and ambiguous subtext. One of the most popular competitions recently is “Everything is the other way around.” He is both active and funny, which means he won’t let you get cold or get bored!

"The game is reversed." The presenter, aka Santa Claus, shows to rhythmic music physical exercise, and adult guests do the opposite. If grandfather lowers his hands at his sides, the rest raise them. When the grandfather spreads his legs, everyone closes them tightly. If the leader quickly waves from right to left, the others move their hand slowly, from left to right. And when Frost jumps high, guests should crouch low. Whoever makes a mistake is eliminated from the game. The last participant is the winner.

To the touch". This game for adults on the street under the Christmas tree is no less fun and popular. Wearing thick mittens (you can use fishing mittens for ice fishing), blindfolded participants must determine by touch what kind of person is standing in front of them. Guys try to recognize girls, girls, of course, guys.

Funny competitions for Santa Claus and Snow Maiden for corporate events

New Year's corporate parties are so much fun! At such events, management and employees find themselves at the same table, pushing aside all stereotypes and prejudices, trying to say goodbye to the old year as cheerfully as possible and calling on a new one - more successful and fertile. An integral part of New Year's corporate events are Father Frost and the Snow Maiden: they supervise the festive toasts, amuse the guests and actively implement funny competitions into the bright program of the evening. Moreover, such characters help to defuse the atmosphere and set the right tone for the party from the very beginning. For example, they organize and conduct the beloved game “Gift of Fate”. Rest assured, in such a competition for Father Frost and the Snow Maiden at a corporate party there are no winners or losers. Everyone will be satisfied!

"A gift of fate". At the threshold of the hall where the team celebrates the New Year, they hang a large red bag of Santa Claus. Each invited guest brings an interesting gift to the party and “secretly” puts it in a bag, without signing or leaving any identifying marks. As soon as all the corporate party participants gather, the bag will be filled with gifts. At the height of the evening, Father Frost and the Snow Maiden take turns taking out presents and handing them out to the guests. And whoever gets what is a matter of fate!
But before receiving his gift, the guest must read a poem, standing on a stool, sing a song, perform a magic trick, make the rest of the guests laugh, or perform another task of Santa Claus.

If you play with prizes, then children who perform a movement incorrectly or late leave the game.

Freeze

Children stand in a circle and put their hands forward. Santa Claus runs inside the circle and tries to touch the hands of the children. When Santa Claus tries to “freeze” another child, he must have time to remove his hands.

Two claps;

We stomp our feet one by one;

We hit the chest with our fists (like King Kong);

Rotate around yourself (on each line in a different direction);

The "Pinocchio's nose" gesture twice - fingers spread out. The thumb of one hand is placed on the nose, the other hand on the first hand. All other fingers bend slightly during movement and then straighten;

The “Monkey” gesture twice is similar to the “Pinocchio’s nose” gesture, only the hands are not placed on the nose, but at the level of the temples on both sides of the head;

We pull the tips of the ears twice with our hands;

We clap our hands on our knees twice, sitting down a little;

The “Little ducklings” gesture twice - the arms are bent at the elbow. During movement, the elbows are retracted and pressed against the body;

Stick out your tongue while turning your head (to your neighbor on the right and left);

We hug (neighbor on the left and right).

The last 2 movements are done like this: on the first line we turn in one direction, on the second - in the other; on the fourth - first to one, then to the other.

You can end the game like this: during the last performance of the song, after the words “do this,” all movements are repeated at once.

The sea is agitated once

The presenter says the words “The sea worries once, the sea worries two, the sea worries three, the figure freezes.” At this time, children try to portray someone or some object. Then there are 2 continuations:
