What to do if you don't have enough energy? How to recharge your energy? What to do when you don't have enough energy? Not enough vital energy what to do

Why there is no strength to live: 10 main reasons for fatigue

Fatigue after a busy week is a completely natural phenomenon, but if you have absolutely no strength in the morning, and this is observed constantly, then you should be wary. What are the causes of chronic fatigue and how to deal with them?

Many people think that such chronic fatigue is within normal limits. The lack of desire to move or perform the most ordinary actions is attributed to weather sensitivity, the location of the stars, spring depression, etc. In fact, fatigue can be a symptom of a variety of diseases. Sometimes it is from this that heart, brain, and cancer pathologies begin to manifest themselves, but no one takes it seriously. What are the causes of chronic fatigue and how to deal with them?

Main causes of fatigue
A tired state, reluctance to perform basic tasks, apathy and drowsiness - all this develops for a variety of reasons. But the most common ones are the following:
1. Depression. Due to a lack of serotonin in brain cells or when its perception by cells is impaired, the body as a whole suffers. Fatigue in in this case- the result of a depressed state of the central nervous system, which sluggishly sends signals to all parts of the body. In this state, nothing brings joy, and every movement is perceived almost as a punishment. Patients with depression may not move for hours or leave the house for days. When adjusted with medications or psychotherapy, the feeling of constant fatigue goes away and the thirst for life returns;

2. Vitamin deficiency. Vitamin deficiencies of B vitamins especially cause fatigue. Deficiency of cyanocobalamin, for example, leads to a decrease in the full transport of oxygen to cells. Chronic oxygen starvation of tissues is difficult to avoid. If there is a shortage folic acid anemia develops, which also leads to a decrease in the supply of oxygen and vital elements to tissues. Without vitamins, the body begins to work at half capacity. Metabolism slows down, and the body goes into an economical mode of energy consumption. It is clear that if he lacks energy even for internal processes, then even more so for external ones;

3. Metabolic syndrome. Impaired absorption of glucose by cells leads to constant weakness. There is a lot of insulin in the blood, but the cells do not sense it. Insulin itself causes drowsiness, plus in addition, cells that do not receive a substrate for energy metabolism begin to work worse;

4. Malnutrition. A fasting day can cause terrible weakness and the inability to even raise your arm. There is no need to talk about long-term diet or fasting. The body in such a situation tries to survive and spends fat reserves solely on maintaining metabolism. In this situation, the body wants to lie down and not move, since nutrients for its external motor and mental activity are not provided in the menu. Long-term unbalanced diets also lead to vitamin deficiency, which aggravates the condition;

5. Physical exhaustion. Constant hard work, having a lot of responsibility, exhausting household chores and even too frequent workouts - all this can take away energy, preventing cells from recovering in time. Without rest, cells lose their ability to function normally, vitamin reserves are depleted, and the nervous system cannot withstand the load. Fatigue in this case cannot be avoided;

6. Drug effects. Antihistamines, blood pressure medications, sedatives - all of these medications, to one degree or another, can cause feelings of fatigue, weakness, and dizziness. Annotations usually indicate similar effects. If they appear in a pronounced form, consultation with a specialist is necessary to discontinue the medication or control;

7. Infectious diseases. Acute and chronic pathologies are exhausting immune system, undermine the functioning of the nervous system. Proteins, vitamins, and microelements are rushed to fight the source of infection, but there is nothing left for life. A person constantly feels weak and lethargic. After healing, the body restores its resources, and a surge of strength is guaranteed.

8. Cardiovascular pathologies. Weakness is sometimes the only symptom of heart disease, especially in children. It develops as a result of heart failure and lack of adequate supply of tissues with blood and oxygen. Weakness also appears with hypertension and atherosclerotic changes in blood vessels. Severe fatigue with a headache can be a harbinger of a stroke or heart attack, so you should not neglect it;

9. Hormonal disorders. Lethargy and apathy are often observed with hypothyroidism and diabetes. Metabolism in these pathologies is significantly slowed down, which affects the general condition;

10. Nervous disorders. Sleep disturbances and constant outbursts of emotions can lead to feelings of being “squeezed out” and inability to take active action. This is due to exhaustion of the nervous system. Proper deep sleep is not just a pleasant pastime, but also a vital necessity. It has been proven that adequate sleep can prolong youth.

How to regain vigor
In order to regain strength for life and work, it is necessary, first of all, to determine the cause of fatigue. To do this, you should visit your doctor and be more attentive to your health. If you have problems with the heart or hormonal levels, after examination and treatment, it is possible to completely eliminate chronic fatigue syndrome. If the reason is a significant workload, then you need to learn not to take on everything, delegate authority, and share responsibilities for household chores. If you are on an unhealthy diet, you definitely need to consult a nutritionist. Sufficient caloric content of foods can bring a person back into action and give him strength again for a full life. This is due to the fact that the cause - lack of cell nutrition - will go away, and the body will begin to work at full strength. Sports, a change of scenery, and communication with friends are great for depression. For sleep disorders - normalization of the daily routine and relaxation techniques.

If a person has little energy, no one is interested in him! People react to energy, they flock to those who “shine”.

Those who are called charismatic are, first of all, a person filled with energy, who can and wants to give and share this energy! Most people do not know how to fill themselves with energy, so they look for other people in whose field they can feel “full.”

Signs that a person has a lot of energy

The most important and first criterion for being full of energy is the desire to share. The desire to do something, create, make the world a better place! If you have a desire to help, then you are filled with high energy potential!

  • a positive outlook on the world, the ability to see opportunities and potentials,
  • absence of diseases,
  • low need for food and sleep,
  • internal state of calm and balance,
  • the desire to act and expand your comfort zones, try new things.

Signs that a person has little energy

  • frequent bad mood
  • chronic fatigue and lack of strength,
  • high need for sleep and food,
  • illnesses or frequent colds,
  • feeling like a victim, constant complaints
  • irritability, anger, resentment,
  • state of consciousness: “Everyone owes me - I don’t owe anyone anything”
  • a pessimistic approach to life, we see life in black and gray according to the principle “Everything is bad, but it was better before.”

How to fill your energy reserves?

Breath

If you breathe consciously, while observing how the body feels, where the clamps are and with the intention of allowing the energy to flow into the whole body, there is a surge of strength.

To relieve stress, and stress is a disconnection from the channel of connection with your Spirit and Creator, there is an instant blackout and a powerful loss of energy. Conscious breathing, switching attention to something other than yourself, your state, and being in silence for at least 5-10 minutes, breathing, allows you to restore a calmer state.

Food

Food gives energy: these are greens, all vegetables and fruits, freshly squeezed juices, water, minimal thermal processing when preparing food (applies to vegetables and fruits), as well as eating food immediately after it is prepared, and not after several hours or days.

Energy practices

The strongest and most powerful ways to replenish and increase energy are energy practices. The simpler ones include physical activity: for men it is sports, yoga, tai chi, for women swimming, dancing.

But strong and powerful practices of cleansing and filling with energy are prayers and communication with the Creator.

Be energetic, healthy and happy every day!

You probably know this feeling: 10 am, you are already on edge from the third cup of coffee, and instead of any sensible thoughts in your head, you are a complete mess. You are exhausted - physically, mentally and emotionally - and completely indifferent to the things that used to make you happy. Motivation? Forget it. Irritability? Oh yeah. Concerned about health and wellness? Into the furnace.

For some reason, it is generally accepted that conquering new heights and complete exhaustion cannot go without each other. Nothing like this. Emotional burnout is not a sign of success; it is our body’s way of clearly hinting that it’s time to slow down.

If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten.

Henry Ford

Henry Ford's famous quote comes in handy here.

The usual methods of bringing yourself back to life, be it a double dose of espresso or another layer of concealer under the eyes, take literally a few minutes, but how much real benefit do they have? Yes, it takes much more time to radically change your life, but in the end all the efforts are worth it. This is an investment in your health and wellness, so they should be treated with all due seriousness.

1. Get plenty of sleep

Our body is a mechanism. A beautiful and incredibly complex system that needs care and rest. When you leave work, you turn off your computer every day, and that’s about what your body and mind need. Research says that good dream Helps the brain rid itself of toxins that accumulate throughout the day, which is why seven to eight hours of proper rest is incredibly important for mental and physical health. Your goal is to gradually increase your daily sleep duration to this level. 30 minutes more rest every day - it's that simple, right?

2. Think about what and how you eat

Making your eating meaningful takes practice. This especially applies to those who are used to having a snack on the run, while simultaneously typing a response to the next letter and constantly being distracted by phone calls. Practicing mindful eating helps you understand What what you eat and how it benefits your body. Simply satisfying hunger is replaced by a healthy relationship with food. Research results Pilot study: Mindful Eating and Living (MEAL): weight, eating behavior, and psychological outcomes associated with a mindfulness-based intervention for people with obesity show that this approach to nutrition significantly improves mood, reduces stress levels, helps develop healthy eating habits and even lose weight.

3. Stop caffeine

Caffeine is a stimulant that irritates your already nervous nervous system. When you are worried, tense, or even on the verge of hysteria, another cup of coffee will cheer you up, but not for long. Instead, try other, gentler ways to cheer yourself up and recharge your batteries: physical exercise or . If you don’t enjoy a morning without coffee, take your relationship with this drink to a slightly different level and make it as conscious as possible. Savor the aroma and enjoy the taste of the drink while sipping it from your favorite mug. After some time, it may turn out that this ritual is much more important than the coffee itself.

4. Start moving and don't stop

Movement is not only a powerful way to improve mood and reduce stress, but it has also been proven effective method maintaining excellent memory and general thinking skills.

You can counteract growing stress through physical activity: every minute spent doing yoga, jogging or cycling becomes an investment in the fight against stress.

A simple morning exercise sets the necessary pace for the whole day and helps you focus on important tasks. Needless to say, successful people They prefer to train in the morning. Start with at least 10 minutes of moderate physical activity a day and gradually increase its duration to the recommended half hour.

5. Remember: the best rest is silence

Yes, yes, yes, not a single article about changing life is complete without mentioning meditation. Well, what can you do if it really works? Approximately 80% of visits to doctors are in one way or another related to the consequences of stress, can you imagine what a monstrous waste of time and money? Even more amazing is that we can reduce all these expenses with the help of... that's right, meditation. These practices help cope with stress, strengthen the immune system, improve sleep and feel truly happy. Just five minutes of this relaxation will make your day much more joyful. Another bonus: people who meditate regularly think rationally and experience less anxiety when life throws up new surprises.

6. Take care of your skin

It's simple: happy skin - happy you. Of course, consolidating this habit is no different from others; it also takes time. The well-known rule of three weeks is not even so important here - consistency, regularity and understanding of why you are doing this are much more useful than crossing out days on the calendar. The notorious concealer will hide signs of fatigue in no time, but real changes in the condition of the skin always come from within, slowly but surely. Choose something that will not only improve your complexion, but also bring real benefits to the body, be it cosmetics or food. Just repeat all the necessary procedures morning and evening - after a while you will notice that your skin and mood are no longer so gloomy. It’s banal, but humanity has not yet come up with anything better.

7. Feed the soul, not the ego.

It's simple: do what makes you happy. Not all our achievements fill our souls with joy. Regular processing can be useful, but ultimately it leads to depletion of the body's far from endless reserves. The benefits of this behavior are less than those of regular rest and relaxation. Finally, buy the shoes you've been wanting for a long time, treat yourself to ice cream during your lunch break, and watch old movies all weekend long. All - okay, most - of your actions should have one single reason: it brings joy. You don't do it because it's another item on your to-do list. Joy. To you. Dot.

8. Trust your intuition

The dubious beauty of the expression “I feel it in my gut” is not a metaphor at all. Before making important decisions, listen to your feelings: the body often tells us what we need even before we realize it. Take a break if you are tired. Go somewhere if your soul asks for change. In short, when something goes wrong, first of all ask yourself about the reasons. If you are not an intuitive person, it will take some time to learn to listen to your inner voice. Just take a break from all your worries, take a break and honestly answer how you feel now. Chances are good that you know perfectly well what you really want. You just need to stop for a while and listen to yourself.

9. Break the routine

Challenge yourself to try something completely new at least once a week. Well, or, if there is too much enthusiasm, once a day. You don’t have to take on something big right away - just take a different route to work. Even such a seemingly trifle is an unusual experience. It helps open your mind to new ways of thinking and perceiving, which in turn will make you at least a little happier.

10. Create a comfortable environment for yourself

The first stage of creating relationships that are healthy in every sense is a responsible approach to what and with whom you fill your life. Yes, the prospect of transforming toxic relationships into joyful and comfortable ones can be scary at first, especially if it concerns friendships, family, food, work, or yourself. However, it is important.

Analyze all your connections and notice how they contribute to your life and well-being.

Those who are responsible in choosing their environment are often more confident in making decisions.

11. Learn new things

The process of acquiring new knowledge makes us happy, that's a fact. It also helps to prolong our lives and make it more interesting and rich, and also eliminates unnecessary prejudices. If you want to start small, learn to knit, for example. The Internet is full of training videos, so you can master this simple task without even getting out of bed. If you are attracted to big goals, take a three-month web design course. Whatever you decide to do, your brain will be deeply grateful to you.

12. Start journaling

Relieving stress, developing creativity, increasing self-confidence and gaining inspiration to achieve goals is a simple activity, but so much. If this is difficult, don’t immediately commit to writing something every day. The process of creating text is important, and not how many times you do it, so for starters, you can limit yourself to a couple of classes a week. Set a timer, give yourself a simple topic like “What am I looking forward to this day,” and write down whatever is on your mind. Trust me, you will end up looking forward to these sessions.

II. NOT ENOUGH ENERGY - WHAT TO DO? - NEW LIFE

Alopuhin

Not enough energy - what to do?

“...the determination to change your life requires the presence of free energy”

Vadim Zeland "Reality Maker"

There is no doubt that a cheerful, positive-minded person who is active creative life, amplely filled with significant free energy resources...

The world is a wave. World unity provided by the corpuscular-wave pulsation of everything and everyone. World waves give birth to energy, energy fields and energy flows, or rather, energy-information packets that fill various levels of the frequency spectrum - low, medium, high.

Living systems They differ from non-living ones only in that they have a richer and more powerful set of multi-level energy-information bodies, or rather, the maximum of all possible in the universe (although in this sense, the line between living and non-living is very arbitrary).

Some people are passionate about treating their ailments, while others are passionate about taking care of their health - and they cannot get along together, because they go in different, or rather, directly opposite, paths: the first - to premature degradation and premature death, and the second - to the maximum extension of youth and longevity full-fledged period of their lives (although, of course, the end will overtake both of them, but it will affect the first when they, in insanity and stench, provide additional work for their loved ones and medical staff, and second, when they, being still little familiar with the concepts of old age and decrepitude, until the hour of death they will not become a burden to anyone and will accept the verdict of fate fully armed, with a smile on their lips, they will simply fall asleep in a sweet childhood dream and will not wake up).

Species energy, with which we are all connected in the universe, there are a great many, but the most relevant for us are at least two or three.

Initial, basic primordial energy we inherit from our ancestors; We receive the higher order energy we need for everyday physiological life from food (and also, to some extent, from the external environment); third energy - energy of space, universe- penetrates us with counter currents from all sides, but mainly from bottom to top and top to bottom.

Through these fields we are all connected into a single energy-information organism, but first they create around each of us a kind of personal office, a biofield refuge, a kind of egg-shaped cocoon, which, like matryoshka, packed nested inside each other energetic subtle bodies, each of which performs its own task (the biofield creates an aura that some people can see).

If in this biofield cocoon, due to disruption of healthy energy circulation, “plugs” (“seals”) or “breakdowns” (“holes”) are formed, aura changes a positive (blue, cyan) color to a negative (brown, dark), and then a person experiences various diseases. And vice versa, the triggering mechanism for damage biofields may result from purely physiological defects in the body (if we, for example, poison ourselves with some product and harm ourselves in some other purely mechanical way).

Find out about your level energy potential it’s very simple: if you want to move, learn something new, grow, develop physically and spiritually, if you have the determination to complete some daring grandiose project or radically change your life, then your biofield is in perfect order and has more than enough energy - and physical and cosmic, which flows through you without interference, beneficially washing all organs and maintaining the entire spectrum of biophysical rhythms in proper tone.

If you don’t give a damn and are too lazy to change something, do something, strive somewhere all the time, achieve something, do incessant self-improvement, therefore, you are sick and experiencing free energy deficit, since your energy channels are blocked by the rubble of system errors accumulating day after day ( terror'om error's).

Light yourself up at both ends - start moving at the same time and awaken yourself with encouraging psychological affirmations. (affirmations) like “I’m getting healthier every day, younger and more cheerful!”, “I’m happy, inspired and full of strength, I glorify life, and life will glorify me!” (I once came up with this for myself and even set it to a well-known melody for ease of memorization).

If you don’t have the strength and your mood is not so great, tell yourself something like this (affirmations should be positive, without any “no”, “no”, etc.): “I choose today happiness, I choose joy, success, love, good And light for all people on earth. I accept this whole world ( God) that surrounds me, and I am filled with its light, its strength and power, its beauty. I am young again, strong and beautiful, I am healthy and full of desires, for world (God) loves me, and I love him, and we are united in our common desire for happiness and goodness on our planet and throughout the universe!”

By saying this (of course, if we speak sincerely), we are performing a prayer, an energy-informational message, that real act of higher, divine love, the response to which, I assure you, will immediately affect your health and, accordingly, general well-being...

Everything in the world is very simple: what we give is what we receive in return. And this does not at all come down to something purely physical, because thought not only no less, but often more material than some clearly visible action.

How you treat the world within yourself, so it will treat you in return: what you sow is what you reap, as it comes around, so it responds. Everyone's here secret in simplicity and sincerity - man has become so sophisticated in his hypocrisy, he has learned to deceive both himself and others!..

And so we have to all the time - all life! - keep vigilance, correct yourself and your own reactions, continuously increase your determination to transformation, ennobling one’s own life, given for a reason... And meditation, yoga, breathing practices, proper nutrition - the best help in this matter...

People usually read all this, nod their heads, but in their hearts they don’t believe that everything is so simple and obvious. I didn’t believe it either until I tried it...

Once, when the boring rains began for several days and the sky was covered with low gray clouds, I walked, wet, across the field until I decided - that’s enough! And, raising his head to the sky, as he walked, he simply began to disperse the clouds above him with the power of thought (though I also repeated to myself mantra Gayatri and ancient mantra Padmasambhava): and after a minute or two the light opened to me! - the clouds parted above me, and through the gap that formed, it poured - wow! — Sun! I didn’t believe my eyes, thinking that it was an accident, but then, when I repeated the experiment more than once, I became convinced that it was not someone, but myself, by the power of my own thoughts, which coincided with external intention universe, managed to disperse clouds. But to whomever I told about this, no one believed me (and they even giggled strangely and twirled their finger at their temple): after all, everything is so simple, but such serious things, they say, are not done so easily. But no, it turns out they are doing it. But people do not want to believe the obvious and continue to live as before, without even trying to change anything in their lives for the better. And this side consists in expanding consciousness, in mastering techniques for controlling subtle energies(however, first you need to learn to control your ordinary physical body)…

Our health depends 20% on heredity, 20% on the environmental situation, 10% on medicine and 50% on the lifestyle we lead.

The longer and more intensely we violate basic healthy lifestyle standards(to which the majority of the inhabitants of our planet are inclined), struggling with the free flow of cosmic energy through their body energy of life, including us in the harmonic unity of world rhythms, the more strongly and hopelessly we turn ourselves off from its refreshingly revitalizing key streams and become a kind of lonely amoeba, dangling and rotting in our own swamp stagnation, we become slagged renegades and scum, of whom world life (or, if you prefer, God) no longer takes us into account, but then takes us into her circle and opens her hospitable embrace to us, our mother Death

I experienced all this from my own experience.

Now, at 53, I look younger than I did 15 years ago, and I feel better and healthier than I did 20 years ago. But how did I come to this, you ask? Very simple.

In my youth I led a comparatively healthy image life- went in for sports (although not every day, as now) (ski race, running, cycling, swimming), although, like everyone else around him, he ate incorrectly, but in his youth, with a relatively healthy heredity, this, as a rule, is not as critical as in a more mature age.

From a young age (more precisely, since 1976, when he spent his first hunger strike) I was interested in various healing practices - yoga, zen buddhism, daoism etc. (at that time, typewritten printouts of books were passed around in samizdat P. Bragg, G. Shelton and etc.).

But at the age of 27 (in 1985), finding myself at my best friend’s riotous wedding, where it was difficult to maintain healthy norms, I, in company with a ringed friend, started smoking (although I had smoked from time to time before, but then invariably quit) and smoked right up until 2003, when he was forced to give up this dark (and very smoky) business, so as not to die, since by that time he had earned bouquet of diseases, which I mentioned above.

True, I have already been practicing vegetarianism since 1989, but against the backdrop of too intense smoking and excessive consumption of carbohydrate-starchy foods (bread, cereals), it rather harmed me more than helped me: in particular, it accelerated the harmful consequences of a progressive diet over the years. osteoporosis, as a result of which I underwent triple fracture ankle, literally stumbling out of the blue: and this turned out to be the last straw that overflowed the cup of my spiritual and physical vegetation.

I remembered youth, pulled out from under the book rubble his old books and notes on physical culture, yoga, autogenic training, meditation, healthy eating and others practitioners health improvement and spiritual growth, and slowly began to transfer his long-standing, largely theoretical, inclinations into a practical direction.

Why couldn’t I take my own seriously before? health? And that’s precisely because I lacked this health too much! And it was missing because for the time being I blocked myself channels, through which I could raise my energy to the proper level, without which I simply did not have enough strength to decide on something serious. Fate had to deafen me greatly, shake me, in order to shake up and stir up my energy blocks, so that cosmic energy would break through my ossified firewall for a while, thereby stimulating my determination to begin to truly engage with myself.

It took approximately three years (2007 - 2010) of regular training for me to just rehabilitate after the fracture and prepare mentally and physically for even more decisive actions.

Then I began to train six times a week according to the following scheme: every two days - power training, and between them - cardio-aerobic ( running, cycling, swimming, skiing).

However, I soon noticed that my level energy, having perked up in the first years of my post-turnaround recovery, somehow begins to fade away again: having gotten used to regular loads, the inert, by definition, organism moved into an economically half-sleeping routine mode and even began to gain excessive weight. This was a signal that something had to be changed again.

And then I noticed nutrition: if in youth poor nutrition is compensated by a significant reserve of hereditary energy, then at an older age we are obliged to either strictly monitor it or be chronically disabled.

My mistake was that when I started practicing back in 1989 vegetarianism, I was still using too little vegetables and fruits and too much almost refined carbohydrates in the form of boiled porridge and store-bought bread (albeit grey-black), which leads to fermentation and rotting, and also seasoned it all too much with oil (albeit vegetable).

Deciding to fix this, I initially stopped cooking these porridges, but only soaked them. And now I’ve given up on them (and yeast bread) altogether, and my main food has become vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and greens, and I limited the oil (unrefined vegetable oil) to one tablespoon per day, which, against the backdrop of even more intense physical training, only benefited me.

Three years ago, I couldn’t get enough sleep in less than 7-8 hours of sleep, but now four or five hours is enough for me.

The following conclusion can be drawn. On the one hand, changing for the better is not at all difficult. On the other hand, this is a whole science and considerable art, requiring many years of persistent theoretical and practical classes, which can only move us to a rather extraordinary confluence of many circumstances and prerequisites, that is, not everyone is capable of independently turning their life upside down. Those who would like to do this, but are not able to immediately decide on it, need teacher, guru, sensei, trainer, which can, by example and timely help, give the ward the necessary and sufficient impetus for such a decisive life revolution.

There is an ancient expression: when student ready, the necessary teacher appears in his life. I understand it this way: having sufficiently immersed ourselves in the general theoretical foundations of the issue that interests us and being extremely interested in its resolution, sooner or later we discover on our way that guiding star that will correct our azimuth and help us get out of the previous darkness on light of God.

Everyone has their own details of liberation from the shackles of lack of spirituality and physical inertia, but general provisions and recommendations, like the laws of nature, are suitable for everyone - we will talk about them in the future.

Any pathology is caused by or, in any case, accompanied by a deficiency of free (but not necessarily physiological, replenished through food) energy, which only circulates through us unhindered when we live and act in harmony, in resonance with the rhythms and laws of nature.

Practice shows that our immunity, if only it is supported by sufficient potential flowing through us world energy, able to cope with any disease. We - in this sense - are not alone in the universe: its multi-layered, multi-read energy is with us, its energy information fields, which in combination with cosmo-planetary structures world system are for us truly that hand of God, without which a full-blooded existence on earth turns out to be at least very difficult for us, if not impossible.

In order for us, who have fallen away from it in our civilizational pride, to be able to reconnect to this source of absolute grace, we first need to come to an agreement with our own mind, soul and body.

We need a strong one motivation, real target, the will to achieve it and self-discipline, so as not to fade away halfway... This is the main difficulty of this path, everything else is a matter of technology. Many try to try, but few dare to go this road to light and happiness to the bitter end, or at least to the middle: in fact, the most difficult thing is to start and almost as difficult to continue, having received small first successes halfway...

Too frisky start is fraught with a quick rollback to the original positions... Therefore, remarkable patience is needed here, and the main means of increasing the energy of an imaginative-volitional attitude turns out to be meditation. In general, everything on this path of self-improvement, at all its stages, begins and ends with meditation (in other words, autogenic training). If you’re too lazy, you don’t have to go any further, but we can’t do without daily meditative self-deepening in this hunt for the energy that has left us - under any circumstances.

First of all, you need to learn to relax, relax, instantly relieve muscle tension, noticeably narrowing the main energy channels , one of which (for free energy flowing from bottom to top) is located an inch in front of spine in men and two inches in women, and the other (for the flow of energy coming from top to bottom) is located almost close to the spine.

Purely physiological reasons can also interfere with the free circulation of energy through these channels, for example, ordinary slagging of the body, which can be eliminated diet, massage, bath, exercise and so on. However, this will only give a temporary effect. To achieve more stable results, you need to completely change your life and switch to a daily regime of pumping up free energy from environment , which requires constant care not only for the physical, but also for the subtle body.

The average city person is internally tense and stressed, and has become so accustomed to it that he no longer even notices it. Therefore, he gets tired quickly during the day, does not get enough sleep at night and is in dire need of external help. stimulants (tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking, etc.).

Physical relax is achieved by mental relaxation, and mental relaxation is achieved by an inner smile of healthy indifference, the achievement of indifference to what has brought us to anxiety, to stress. In order to throw off the aura of stress, you only need to remember for a couple of seconds about this Cheshire smile of the transpersonal angel, which is the highest part of our “I,” which removes you from earthly problems; you just need to realize from the point of view of eternity the insignificant significance of the event that brought us to the point of stress, how we will immediately relax and return to a state of harmonious balance between the inner and outer worlds, in which we do not judge anyone and understand that there are no bad or good forces in nature, that every bast is good for something it is necessary that Hitler, And Chikatilo, And Stalin, And Gagarin, And Chekhov, And Dracula- everyone will be good for something for her, and our value hierarchies do not give a damn to her, nature: we are all just tokens for her universal game, and we either participate in this game of hers, or, having become too busy, we rest our horns on our own, developed through civilizations and cultures attachment, than we try to interfere with this immeasurable element, but this is impossible! Therefore, nature simply breaks those who do not trust and do not surrender to its majestic power.

If you (for example, on the edge of an abyss or at gunpoint of a killer) turn on smile It’s impossible to give a damn (of course!), so there’s no point in trying, otherwise you might waste your last energy reserves in a moment.

So, we found out what permeates every person and fits tightly energy-information cocoon, woven from many field structures of different nature. But it is necessary to understand that the heterogeneous distribution of these energies - either their stagnant formation in the body, or even an obvious deficiency - is fraught with many diseases. To break these energy seals and fill the gaps in biofield, among other things, in our age of chronic physical inactivity, we urgently need regular sharp vibrations and shocks: you can jump, run and practice other physical exercises - the main thing is that they must be extremely active.

Yoga it can also help here, although it does not contain obviously sharp shaking movements (however, Osho proposed a number of active complexes, which he called dynamic yoga). And if, for example, you stand in sirshasana (on your head) for half an hour, then the energy density with lower limbs, willy-nilly shifting towards the head, will make the overall field background more uniform and harmonious.

But if we are at least taught to deal with muscle tension, so to speak, from scratch (even leading a sedentary lifestyle, we are not only tense, but also pathologically tense), then we need to learn relaxation, although the main thing is to try it first, and then regularly practice as we practice, for example, night sleep.

This is not difficult at all - most of the muscles can be relaxed just by mentally turning your attention to them. Having mentally gone over from head to toe, we, with just a wordless intention, remove tension and clamps from the muscles that impede the circulation of free energy.

However, there are muscles, for example, the muscles of the back, which as a result of our hypodynamic lifestyle have almost atrophied, so they need to be regularly pumped up (due to the weakness of the muscular frame that supports the spine, most of the inhabitants of the Earth suffer from back pain).

Also medicine of the Ancient East certain points on the body, preventing the free flow of energy. Mentally relaxing and softening these areas (usually in shavasana, corpse pose), we imagine to ourselves that they literally dissolve, disappear into space.

In total, there are 17 such initial blocks of energy on the human body.(requiring more attention when relaxing):

1) toes; 2) ankles; 3) knees; 4) groin; 5) anus; 6) hands; 7) navel; 8) elbows; 9) stomach; 10) heart; 11) shoulders; 12) throat, neck; 13) lips; 14) tip of the nose; 15) point between the eyebrows; 16) crown; 17) crown.

Once you learn to focus your attention on all areas of your body, you will spend 10-15 seconds relaxing each of them.

Lying in savasana(corpse pose), you are now completely relaxed. Nothing now interferes with the free flow of energy through your energy channels. Your consciousness is active, but your body seems to be absent, it is sleeping (this is meditation!). While inhaling, imagine how energy flows into the body through the feet and hands and rushes to the head: from the feet it rises along the legs, through the knees, hips and flows into the torso; from the hands, energy rises through the wrists, elbows, shoulders and connects with the flow coming from the legs. This is when you inhale, and when you exhale, all this energy slowly flows out from the point between the eyebrows.

And you can do as many such breathing cycles as you like - the main thing is to feel how the energy flow, like a spring stream, washes your entire body, and if at the same time you feel how muscles twitch involuntarily or “goosebumps run through your body”, or something like bliss - wave-like blow, then you have ensured that the free energy you called upon has washed your entire body and harmonized its biofield. You should come out of shavasana slowly and carefully so as not to inadvertently destroy what you have achieved.

healing pumping energy contribute to many types of physical activity (strength gymnastics, walking, running, cycling, skiing, yoga, kundalini yoga, Tibetan complex " Five Tibetans" various breathing practices, swimming, bath and water procedures, etc.) - the main thing is that you need to practice them daily! One day you will feel the strength and desire to create your life at your own discretion, which means that your energy is in perfect order, your chakras are pulsating in the rhythm of the universe, and you, inspired by total unity (including the soul and mind), know for sure that you now have to do and where to go.

Once you learn to instantly - with one click - consciously join in the global unity of everything and everyone, and the energy of the universe begins to more clearly participate in the rhythmic circulation of your energy, but in fact it is not yours at all, but the universal!..

If you don’t forget about this connection, if you maintain it within yourself, then over time your potential will only increase, and every year - with the strengthening of this divine connection - you will become younger and younger... This is the true religion, which is not needs words and boring sermons, robes, priests, churches and other material fetishes.

Movement and life- synonymous words. To earn the right to complete relaxation (and proper nutrition), we must move more than actively throughout the day (we are designed by nature as very athletic individuals), while harmoniously loading all our organs and systems, because what does not work is as you know, it degrades and dies.

After forty to fifty years, your body by default goes into decay mode - this is normal aging. However, it has been proven that this destructive process can be reversed! And even more than that - turn decay into growth!

Of course, we cannot stop aging completely, but we can significantly slow it down and improve the natural balance between growth and decay in the direction of growth, for which we just need to adjust the signals that we send to our body. The key to how we can block the code of decay in our body may be daily physical activity, an emotionally rich life, healthy eating and the presence of creative interests. But without physical activity everything else won't work.

To consciously be joyful, you need to start smiling. To be conscious young— it is necessary to think and move like a youth, and taking into account the fact that with age the processes of decay tend to dominate the processes of growth, it is necessary to think and move even more actively and cheerfully than the average young man, or, simply put, it is necessary to speed up as much as possible metabolic processes in the body, so that the number of newborn cells in the body exceeds the number of those dying in battle for the life and happiness of the individual possessing them.

If every day you feel like it’s getting harder and harder for you to get up in the morning, and you don’t have enough strength to get ready for work. If your body doesn’t have enough energy for every simple action, you should think about what your body is telling you. Of course, the cause of fatigue can be a medical factor - illness. But, as you know, illness is the last stage of internal psychological discomfort.

You can identify it at the very beginning only by being timely attentive to yourself.

Frequent recommendations in cases where there is not enough energy are more rest, walks in the fresh air, proper nutrition and exercise. All this in itself is really useful and produces results. However, first understanding the reasons for impotence can be much more useful than following these recommendations without analyzing anything.

So, what should you pay attention to if a person experiences powerlessness?

The first and most common. The reason for your powerlessness is a recently experienced life situation. This could be the loss of a job, separation from a loved one, any stress that you have experienced and left a mark on your psyche.

Why do such conditions not pass without a trace? In addition to the fact that the results of the situation are consequences for a person, hiding their emotions inside, they seem to deny their existence, trying to switch to something else.

And completely in vain. The best thing to do in this situation is to admit that the situation exists. And allow yourself to grieve it - to feel the pain of loss, allow yourself to cry, regret, and experience other emotions. And then, sooner or later, sadness and sadness are replaced by the desire to continue living, which means energy appears.

The second case, no less common– this is fatigue from an endless stream of tasks that becomes impossible to cope with. The best solution here is to stop and think.

The phrase “running like a squirrel in a wheel” perfectly reflects this process. Performing routine functions day after day, you eventually forget why you are doing it. Get out of this wheel for at least a few hours.

Sit in a quiet place and look at everything as if from the outside.

Is everything you do absolutely necessary? Will your activity lead to the result you need? Is it possible to organize your life more rationally? Is it possible to attract helpers?

Assessing the scale of your activity in a timely manner and organizing it means ensuring that you are not fighting negative consequences, but their absence.

If you understand that both parents can take their child to school every day, alternating, that an invited assistant can help clean the apartment, and that you can stop by the store on the way from work, everything will become much more transparent and simpler.

And just then there will be the “right” time in your schedule for sports activities and walks in the botanical garden, which will benefit you, and will not become another item in your busy schedule, only making it harder.

And finally, the third option, least amenable to analysis.

It often happens that a person has been in a more or less energetic state for many years and does not experience any particular problems. But over the years, he begins to feel that his strength is quietly leaving him and life is becoming more and more difficult.

Here again it is appropriate to turn to the metaphor “crushing under the weight of life’s problems.” It’s a paradox, but this burden often turns out to be something that we don’t need at all...

It’s just that one day a person obeyed some external demands - parents, authoritative people, or simply the social environment. And everything he had done until now was only the fulfillment of other people's desires. At the same time, our own desires have not gone away - it is they, unsatisfied desires, that sooner or later begin to deprive us of energy - after all, they have to be restrained.

The trouble is that realizing your real desires can be difficult. After all, they, like emotions that people often suppress, are concentrated in the body. And in the body does not always automatically mean that in the head. In order to discover your true desires, you also need to touch your feelings, and this is sometimes painful.

And indeed, it is bitter to admit that instead of becoming a singer, you suddenly became a doctor. Or all your life you have dreamed of having a big family, but in reality you just can’t establish a relationship with your partner. Or vice versa - you wanted to live easily and for yourself, but at the same time you continue to care not only about your loved ones, but also those who are not close at all...

There are many quite obvious things in our lives that cause fatigue and loss of strength. These include stress, poor diet, hormonal imbalance, tight deadlines at work that make you nervous and exhaust yourself, and much more. But there are also other factors that can cause a deeper type of exhaustion - emotional fatigue.

If you feel at zero, unable to even adequately respond to certain events, if everything is indifferent to you and your only desire is to lie down and do nothing, not even think, then, unfortunately, you have become familiar with emotional burnout. This happens to everyone, especially if life doesn’t present you very well every day. pleasant surprises. But to cope with this condition, you first need to figure out what is causing it.

Here is a list of things to pay attention to:

1. You avoid conflicts

Yes, trying not to quarrel with anyone is a laudable desire, but it is fraught with the fact that you lock your emotions inside yourself and do not give them an outlet. When a lot of negativity accumulates inside, it always eventually finds its way to the surface in the form of either fatigue, illness, or something else unpleasant.

2. You ignore your inner voice.

Your heart is the compass that guides you through life. He helps you determine the right and necessary directions for you, advises you how to live the fullest and happiest life possible. Unfortunately, the voice of our mind is much louder than the quiet soft whisper of intuition, and often we are accustomed to listening to the part of ourselves that simply expresses itself more clearly.

The result is the choice of the wrong roads and paths, which ultimately leads us to disappointment in ourselves, in life in general, and also in the ability to change something.

3. You prefer to think instead of act.

Perhaps you are going over a recent unpleasant conversation in your head? Or are you replaying possible negative consequences in your thoughts (although they have not happened yet or will never happen)? Well, this is the shortest way to feel powerless and immensely tired. Thinking about the negative, going through options in your head and not stopping at any, you spend a lot of energy on essentially groundless and ineffective experiences. You live through situations in your head, but do not implement them in life, and your energy simply goes nowhere.

To break out of this cycle, you need to take action. Often we are simply afraid that we will do something wrong, so we put off action again and again. The fear of making mistakes pulls us deeper into a funnel of doubt and fear. You need to decide, take at least one step, and then everything will be much easier and simpler than it seemed at first.

4. You try to maintain certain relationships (or friendships) only out of fear of being alone.

Holding onto people desperately is a tiring way to maintain relationships with them. Especially if these are people who interfere with your personal growth, do not provide adequate support, or even simply take away your time and energy.

The best way to end an unwanted relationship is to take the risk of ending it. It's not as scary and difficult as it seems. Don't be afraid to make new acquaintances and trust other people. There are so many wonderful and kind people in the world who will definitely become your support and support, you just need to not be afraid to find them.

5. You ignore heartache.

Often we judge ourselves for the mental pain we experience, ignore it, pretending that it does not exist. But that doesn't make the pain any less. We simply push it into the far corners of our consciousness, from where it sprouts into everything we live, and ultimately poisons our entire lives. It is necessary to carefully work with this pain so that it does not prevent us from enjoying life, dismantling the situation that traumatized us into pieces, and forgiving the offenders. Only then will it be possible to breathe deeply.

6. You haven’t figured out who you are and what you want to do in this life.

Without such clarity, life is draining. You may feel a huge weight on your shoulders and wonder where it came from if things weren't so bad?

When you don't know where you are going, your life is like wandering in a fog. It’s like you’re taking steps, but you don’t see any landmarks indicating how far you’ve walked and how far you still have to go. Over time, this causes fatigue and doom.

Figure out what you want from your life, determine which direction you would like to go. This will greatly simplify and facilitate everything.

7. You haven't set boundaries.

Boundaries in relationships with people are what help you conserve energy and not waste it. When you don't set boundaries yourself, other people set them for you. As a result, you suddenly discover that you don’t have enough strength, time, or energy for yourself.

Boundaries are a vital detail in any relationship. You don’t want to be a vessel from which all and sundry draw strength, do you?

8. The word “should” is at the core of most of your actions.

A life created only from the word “should” cannot bring a person anything except endless fatigue and melancholy. It's like you're trying to make someone feel comfortable in a suit two sizes too small. It doesn't suit you, but you stubbornly ignore the inconvenience. Can you spend a lot of time in such a suit? Wouldn't it be easier to throw it away and find one that fits?

The more you love your life, the more you enjoy what you do, the more strength and energy you feel. This is the main law, following which you can always be a happy person.

In this article I would like to talk about the fatigue that in our society is usually equated with personal qualities. We will talk about people with reduced energy potential who feel tired, lazy, and apathetic most of their lives. No, of course there are moments when inspiration and drive come, especially if it is connected with vacation, falling in love, some kind of holiday, and so on, but there are still fewer of them. And it turns out to be a very sad story about how a person does not live most of his life, but rather exists.

By nature, we are all excellent conductors of energy. A person who has a “healthy body and a healthy mind” freely conducts energy of any kind. Such people are characterized by a state of fullness. They are charged, they always have a lot of desires, emotions, and strength. They live a busy life.

Chronic fatigue What to do if you constantly lack energy

And then the questions arise: What prevents others from doing this? why is there no energy? where does it go and where can I get it?

In fact, the choice is "to live or to exist" small man has been doing it for a very long time. The child does not have a state of chronic fatigue. He is always involved in life. With all my body and soul. If this very inclusion is not supported by the mother, if the child’s feelings, especially healthy childhood aggression, curiosity, and activity are suppressed, then quiet sadness takes its place. Then the little man decides not to feel. And over time, his body only obeys the owner. Usually the first to “die off” are the limbs, which no longer need to carry blood, energy, or life (cold hands, feet). Other symptoms are possible, but they all lead to the fact that over time the body does not want stress, it increasingly wants to sit down, lie down and do nothing.

There is only one way out. To breathe life into the body, you need to give it a load. This recipe is as old as the world, but many stubbornly neglect it. Suitable for running, dancing, yoga, swimming, etc. Body-oriented therapy has excellent results, because allows you to combine physical exercise with awareness of the causes of blocks in the body. In addition, breathing practices perfectly raise energy levels. But it should be remembered that regularity is very important here. If you have chronic fatigue, then the option “once a week I go to the fitness club” is not for you (alas, this is too little to wake up a body that has been sleeping for many years). At least 2-3 times a week + daily classes at home. It may be difficult at first, but after trying this rhythm for at least 3 weeks you will notice a tangible result.

I started about the body, because... the changes in it are already enough to feel a surge of strength and awakening of activity. However, in addition to the body, there is also mental pain, which does not allow you to feel fulfilled. Chronic fatigue = chronic depression. So chronic that it ceases to be noticed. This is its main danger.

“How are you? - It’s normal... Do you want this? - I don’t even know... I don’t really care.”

Dialogues like these are a good illustration of this state.

It’s not easy to work through this point without the help of a specialist. But it’s worth starting anyway! It can be a good idea to observe your emotions throughout the day. How do I feel now? Joy, melancholy, irritation, anxiety, or maybe I don’t feel anything at all... And at the end of the day, sum up: what still prevails in my inner world.

Anger, fear, resentment, envy, jealousy are “the best energy eaters.” And if there are more of them, then you need to consciously switch to joy, even if at first it seems like self-deception. Switching to joy means looking for the positives in any situation, it means learning to see beauty in people and in the world. And of course, it is very advisable to record your observations in a diary.

Joy also needs to be “accumulated”. And then one day it will outweigh the negative baggage.

I would like to highlight a violation of integrity as a separate point of “leakage” of energy. We spend a lot of energy on suppressing certain aspects of our personality, the desire to seem like someone and not be, the desire to meet fictitious standards, perfectionism. Lack of self-acceptance in all its manifestations is a sure path to devastation.

You should not have any illusions that you can easily get rid of years of fatigue in one day. After all, this is a process. A process of a certain restructuring of the body, mind, and emotional world. And it takes time. For some it’s months, for others it’s weeks...
