- cilantro or parsley – 0.5 bunch;
- mustard with grains – 1 tsp.

For the salad, you can take any soft, lean meat: young pork, veal or beef. If you prefer a more dietary option, take chicken fillet. Cut the piece into thin long strips as for preparing oriental dishes. This cutting makes it possible to quickly fry the meat until cooked without drying it out.





Season the meat pieces with salt and spices; you can adjust the quantity and composition of spices to suit your taste. According to the recipe, the meat is slightly spicy. Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes.





Cut a small onion into two parts and chop into thin strips or half rings. Sprinkle with lemon juice (a few drops are enough), add a pinch of salt and sugar. Stir and marinate for 5-10 minutes.

  • 2 teeth garlic
  • ground black pepper

Cooking method:

1. Cut the meat into steaks.

Season each piece of meat with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. Heat 3-4 tbsp in a frying pan. l. vegetable oil.

3. Fry beef steaks 2-5 minutes on each side. Place the meat on a plate and cover with a lid or another plate, let the meat rest for 10-15 minutes.

4. Cut the cold meat into cubes across the grain.

5. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and tear them with your hands.

6. Boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut into cubes or slices.

7. Cut the avocado into cubes.

8. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves or slices.

9. Prepare the sauce. To do this, pass the garlic through a press. Beat mayonnaise with garlic, ground pepper and dried basil. Salt to taste.
